The cruise comes with free air, luxury accommodations that includes a Nordic balcony (enclosed), king bed, and every room has a warming/drying closet��.��Too cold for me but still an awesome experience. They also provide you with all gear needed!!!!!!

Daily excursions are included while in the Arctic Circle, which includes Scenic Sailing on a smaller vessel, Submarine Dive, Zodiac Landings (hiking or snowshoeing pending on the location), and Kayaking. You can actually kayak with the whales and the penguins. Penguin hatching is in January-mid February. Whale season is from mid February-March.

Why This is Unique!

This is an expedition cruise. Guests can participate in research and experiments. Educational seminars will be held daily. But it is also still a luxury cruise line. Room and dining quality will be at the highest.

Most other vendors' expedition cruises have tiny cots, no view from your room, and single share with strangers. They also charge for excursions, and you must rent their gear. To me it is silly. They end up costing more and your accommodations and meals are as basic as you can get. I guess they are true adventurers. I like my creature comforts too much.

Price

This is the single price - $17, 111 - travel protection included and air fare free (as of Dec. 2022). The double price is $20,990. Singles are almost always paying 1 and half or double on cruises, because their rooms are designed with doubles in mind. Believe it or not $20k is about half price.

Side note: $250k in emergency transportation insurance is required. Doctor's medical release to prove you are healthy enough to be there even with the insurance is required. At this time Covid Vaccine is still required. Hopefully that part changes soon.
